SE-LF Shipping Policy

1. General Information
1.1. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed by business customers ("You", "Your", "the Customer") with SE-LF ("We", "Us", "Our").
1.2. We are committed to delivering Your Goods in a timely and efficient manner. This policy outlines estimated delivery timescales and responsibilities.
1.3. This Shipping Policy should be read in conjunction with our main Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Delivery Address
2.1. We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address specified by You in the Order.
2.2. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by You.
2.3. You must ensure that the specified delivery location is accessible and that there will be a duly authorised person available to accept and sign for the delivery during standard business hours (typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery Timescales
3.1. Standard Deliveries: SE-LF will make reasonable efforts to deliver Goods within three to five (3-5) working days from the date of Order confirmation. 
3.2. First Order of Newly Stocked SKUs: For Orders containing the first shipment of a newly stocked Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), SE-LF will make reasonable efforts to deliver such Goods within two (2) weeks from the date of Order confirmation.
3.3. Customised Items: For Orders containing customised Goods, SE-LF will make reasonable efforts to deliver such Goods within six (6) weeks from the date of Order confirmation and approval of any proofs or specifications, as applicable.
3.4. Non-Guaranteed Dates: All delivery timescales provided are estimates only. While SE-LF will use reasonable commercial endeavours to meet these estimated dates, we do not guarantee delivery on any specific date. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by a director of SE-LF.
3.5. We will notify You if We become aware of any significant expected delay in the delivery of Your Order.
3.6. "Working days" are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs
4.1. SE-LF will determine the most appropriate shipping method for Your Order. This may vary depending on the size, weight, nature of the Goods, and delivery location.
4.2. Shipping costs will be free unless orders are under £250 ex VAT, which in this case will incur a £15 ex VAT fee.
4.3. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees for orders requiring special handling, expedited delivery (if offered and requested), or for deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations. Any such additional charges will be communicated to You for agreement prior to dispatch.

5. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
5.1. Once Your Order has been dispatched, We will endeavour to send You a dispatch confirmation email, which may include tracking information if provided by the carrier.

6. Receipt of Goods
6.1. Upon delivery, You or Your authorised representative may be required to sign for the Goods.
6.2. It is Your responsibility to inspect the Goods upon delivery for any apparent damage or discrepancies before signing the delivery confirmation. Any damage or discrepancies should be noted on the carrier's delivery documentation. Please refer to Our Returns Policy for faulty or damaged goods.
6.3. Risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to You upon completion of delivery to the specified address. Title to the Goods shall pass in accordance with our main Terms and Conditions of Sale (typically upon full payment).

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
7.1. If We or Our carrier are unable to deliver the Goods because no one is available at the delivery address to accept them, or due to incorrect address information, or lack of safe access, Our carrier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the Goods.
7.2. We reserve the right to charge You for any additional costs incurred as a result of failed delivery attempts, including re-delivery charges or storage fees, if the failure is attributable to You.
7.3. If, after a reasonable number of failed attempts, delivery cannot be completed, We may cancel Your Order (or the undelivered part thereof) and refund You the price of the Goods less any delivery charges and other costs incurred by Us.

8. Factors Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
8.1. SE-LF shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver Goods where such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event means any event beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
8.2. If a Force Majeure Event occurs, We will notify You as soon as reasonably practicable and Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
